To create an account, go to www.onehealthsa.co.za and click on the "Login/Register" button on the top right hand corner of the screen. Alternatively, you can create an account by clicking on the "My Account" button also located on the top right hand corner of the screen.

Please visit the login page (https://onehealthsa.co.za/account/login) and click "forgot password". You will then be asked to enter your details and shortly after, you should receive an email instructing you on how to reset your password.
We offer free delivery on all orders over R600. If your order is less than the required purchase amount, a shipping fee of R100 will be added at checkout. To find out more about our shipping costs, please refer to our Shipping Policy here.
Most orders are delivered within 2-5 business days. Deliveries to remote areas and deliveries made during peak periods may take longer due to order volumes or due to our couriers not visiting those areas as often as others.
You will automatically be updated via email or SMS regarding the status of your order. Alternatively, you can login to your OneHealth account and view your order status from your account dashboard.
If you would like to request a refund, please login to your OneHealth account and click the "Request A Refund" button. You will then be asked to fill out a Refund Request Form. For further details, please refer to our Refund Policy here.
Alternatively, you can send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org regarding your refund.
Once you have placed an order with us, you will receive a waybill number and a tracking link via email or SMS once we have handed over your order to the courier.
You will also be able to view the Waybill number in the "My Orders" section of your OneHealth account page.
